Legal HOLD explained
Why some leads are frozen and cannot be contacted.
A lead on HOLD is frozen for a legal reason, usually a possible trademark conflict on the domain. Reaching out could create evidence in a dispute, so Dueted blocks it.
HOLD leads never enter the send queue, never appear on public pages, and cannot be emailed. Taking a lead off HOLD is owner-only and enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.
Note · If a lead is on HOLD, leave it there until the legal question is settled. This is a guardrail, on purpose.
