- 1Open a lead that is in the queue, or click Continue working on Today.
- 2Review the drafted message. You can edit it or generate a fresh draft in the house voice.
- 3Send. The lead is stamped as contacted and a follow-up date is scheduled automatically.
To work through many at once, use the batch send. It paces messages with human-length gaps and respects your daily cap.
