Connect your mailbox
Send from your own email and track replies automatically.
Dueted sends outreach through your own email account, so buyers see a real address and replies come back to you. Your credentials are encrypted before they are stored and decrypted only at send time.
- Open Settings and find the Email section.
- Enter your outgoing (SMTP) and incoming (IMAP) details and the mailbox password or app password.
- Save. Dueted stores the mailbox encrypted and starts checking for replies.
Once connected, one-click Send works and incoming replies are matched back to the right lead automatically, including replies to inbound inquiries.
Note · If a mailbox is offline, Dueted says so loudly rather than pretending a message was sent. It never emails on a borrowed identity.
